Thank you for considering ATL Trips & Tours. Please note the following policies before making a reservation:
All Sales Final: Once reserved, tickets cannot be refunded however, can be transferred to another date. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Passenger Responsibility: We are not liable for passengers who miss their departure or return rides. Please ensure you arrive promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
Limited Seating: Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate a limited number of passengers. To avoid overbooking, reservations are necessary.
Refunds and Transfers: Refunds or ticket transfers are only available in the event of trip cancellations initiated by the company. No other exceptions will be made.
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely departure.
Online Reservations Only: All reservations must be made online and paid in full at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot hold seats without upfront payment.
