Once reserved, tickets cannot be refunded only transferred to another date. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
We are not liable for passengers who miss their departure or return rides. Please ensure you arrive promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate a limited number of passengers. To avoid overbooking, reservations are necessary.
Refunds or ticket transfers are only available in the event of trip cancellations initiated by the company. No other exceptions will be made.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely departure..
All reservations must be made online and paid in full at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot hold seats without upfront payment.
